Job Description :
2-4 years proven experience in sales or other leasing roles
Presentable, Elegant and Adhere to Time Frame
Strong understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions or brokerage
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints (both verbal and written)
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
Qualifications :
An attested Bachelor’s degree
UAE Driving License Mandatory
Should be Bilingual - English & Arabic
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Positive Attitude
Outgoing and pleasing personality
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
