Clinical Resource Nurse

We’re hiring a Clinical Resource Nurse for HealthPlus Medical Services and Moorfields Eye Hospital, Abu Dhabi.
The Clinical Resource Nurse will be expected to contribute to the wider corporate and organizational development needs as appropriate within the scope of service and will be responsible for the Nursing Department Training and Education, People Resource Management, Training Budgetary Management, Quality Improvement, Clinical Safety, and Risk Management.
Requirements:
Experience:
• 3 years of post-qualification experience in Nursing Education
• 10 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing/University
• Master’s Degree in Education or equivalent or post-graduate teaching qualification preferred.
• Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies or equivalent preferred
License, Registration and Certification:
• Current Home country and DoH nursing practicing licenses.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider and instructor certificate.
• ACLS and PALS Certificate preferred
