Applicant should be a skilled, work efficiently and effectively and exceed our customer’s quality and delivery requirements.

- Operates and maintains lathe and milling machines.

- Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples to ensure accurate production.

-Takes precise measurements for cutting or shaping.

-Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task.

-Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment.

-Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary.

-Maintains inventory of completed products.

-Checks output for quality assurance and documents or discards defects.

-Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.

-Maintains a safe and clean work area.

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

المهارات
-Hands on experience with different manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines (lathes, grinders etc.)

-Great verbal and written communication skills

-Good knowledge of rotating equipment like pumps, compressors is added advantage.

-Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements

-Ability to read drawings and manuals

-Knowledge of metal properties and other material

-Outstanding mathematical skills and analytical abilities
