• Pre-screening interviews with candidates
• Properly Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
• Explain exact job description and benefits.
• Should have experience with Naukri Gulf & India sourcing tools
• Follow up with clients for Offer letters, Candidate onboarding
• Arrange the required documents from candidates
• Update proper information to Line manager/ Supervisor all work commitments
• Only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted.
