Manage Sales via commercially trading the websites in order to achieve online budget and margins
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to increase relevant traffic (Organic as well as Paid)
Site optimization to increase conversion rate (Home page, Site Navigation and refinements at category level)
E-commerce Merchandising, ensure 100% onsite listing of products along with store launch
Manage OTB, Markdowns, and stock covers for E-commerce.
Work closely with Buyers and share insights regarding online category and product performances
Point of contact from business for all the technical enhancements in E-commerce
Market Intelligence - In-depth Data analytics on Mobile / Desktop shopper journey based on E-tailers data
Deep dive on different OEM’s product performance to Identify pain points and provide a strategic plan to address the same.
Weekly and Monthly reports on OLR (Online Retailers) Vs Offline stores performance –provide insights on anomalies
Manage the company’s online business channel by creating strong brand images and encouraging online sales
Play a key role in partnering with the biggest E-commerce platforms in the Region and defining the strategic plan for the key customers to achieve the defined growth targets
Create product information online including product descriptions, images, and pricing. Ensures all information copies of products are updated and accurate.
Oversee the marketplace business to drive brand awareness, conversions, traffic, and sales
Managing the pricing for all the products and discounted prices are reflected during the promotional periods.
Catalog management - Efficiently listing numerous products on online marketplaces such as Amazon.ae, Noon.com, Carrefouruae.com, Sharaf DG
Online sales planning as per the market trend & search tags to the category to improve sales
Inventory management – Interacting with various vendor partners and updating the inventory level as well as arranging stock whenever required
Ensuring the fulfillment of all online orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple platforms
Managing and launching affiliate programs of local partners of the upcoming offer
Analytics of the effectiveness of the promotions in achieving the targeted levels of sales and margins.
Managing content across all platforms and sites to highlight the USP’s of product for better sales conversion.
Working closely with service providers for SEO Management and online marketing limeroad Flipkart, RLL, Wayfair, Overstock, etc.
Handling Electronic, Home, FMCG, Grocery and Gourmet, Beauty Category.
Responsible for Product Listing, A+ Content, create store front, Listing optimization, pricing strategy, Inventory, Planning, Amazon sponsor Ad, PPC, and Amazon FBA etc.
Work internally day to day basis with Social media & Digital Marketing, Amazon marketing
team, Brand Marketing team to the best optimization of ad campaigns, Analyzing the campaign
performance and look into sales performance with respect to campaign budget.
Work with client to establish critical goals, define key performance indicators, plan the entire account strategy & help customers in achieving their goals.
Delivery of periodic (weekly/quarterly) Business Reviews with client and analyses and discus
key metrics to demonstrate progress and provide recommendations.
Weekly call with Amazon account manager for respective account discus on account
performance and set a goal for the week as well as or the month.
Analyze Weekly performance of SKU, Campaign, Coupon, Inventory and set plan for the week
and month.
Make plan and strategy (Digital and e-commerce) for a new client and new product; ensure to
increase their GV and GMS.
Handling a team of Nine Member, 5 key account managers,s and 4 marketplace campaign managers.
