Urgent Requirement: Arabic Desktop Support Engineer (Abu Dhabi)
• Knowledge of Laptops & desktops & mobile device configuration.
• Roaming Profiles & local Profiles configuration awareness
• Experience in Active Directory and Exchange
• Workstation troubleshooting experience eg: BSOD Errors, connectivity issues, AV.
• Imaging – Experience with imaging tools and endpoints imaging.
• Basic Troubleshooting on Network related issues for End user machines.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools, Preferably BMC.
• Good communications skills.
• VIP End-users handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of IP Telephony.
• ITIL Knowledge, Certificates is a plus
• MCSE, CCNA Certificates is a plus
