MLOGICA is seeking a Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Excellent and proven experience in Sourcing right profiles from across available media.
Developing a continual pipeline of quality candidates.
Developing new and innovative approaches to attract quality candidates using a variety of networking tools.
Utilizing CV search functions from a variety of job boards/Social Media.
Utilizing and updating our internal candidate database.
Meeting with the team weekly to discuss new requirements.
Being an integral part of the Recruitment Team and assisting where necessary with ad hoc tasks.
You will also conduct brief telephone interviews and assess candidates for their suitability to take the candidature ahead.
Qualifications:
You’ll be a tenacious self-starter with the ability to take the initiative to find the best candidates. Strong communication skills and a proactive nature are essential and you must be able to speak confidently to people at all levels. You will be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. We will provide full training and the opportunity to develop within a truly international organization.
Experience in recruitment is not essential but would be a great advantage. We are also interested to hear from strong Graduates with commercial experience.
