Our client is now recruiting for a Procurement Specialist. This position will be based in Namibia
Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist and advise procurement team on all pending procurement requests in SAP Ariba.
• Participate in creating SAP Ariba RFP, RFQ, RFI and auctions based on requirements
• Identify and onboard various suppliers and ensure they complete the registration process successfully
• Accurate request status reporting
• Communicate effective system maintenance and user support when required
• Develop, manage and coordinate the e-procurement processes and be able to use legally established professional and transparent procurement policies
• Ensure procurement activities are managed, developed and implemented in accordance with specifies parameters meeting timeframes, budgets and objectives
