Service Administrator - Oil & Gas

An oil & gas services company are looking for a well organised and experienced Service Administrator to join their team in the UAE.

The appointed candidate will be responsible for handling the following tasks:
Timesheet collectionExpense processingTravel arrangements - flights, hotels, visa documentationArranging trainingQuotationsInvoicingSAPReporting

Proven experience in a similar role within the oil & gas sector is mandatory.

Applicants will need to be already based inside the UAE to be considered for this role.

Start Date: As soon as companies are able to return to normal working practices under UAE government ruling.

Estimated Salary Package: AED 10,000-13,000 pm total + Medical Insurance + Annual flight ticket + Employment visa
