Timely submission of customer invoices to the respective site / client office.
Timely followup with debtors to ensure recovery of receivables, both current as well as overdue, through contact with customers by telephone and visits.
Provide valid and timely input on risk management and support the Finance Manager in making decisions like legal operations related to bad debt provisioning and write-offs.
Daily 10 to 15 field visits of existing customers.
Track the customer payment status and inform them about their upcoming dues in advance.
To ensure targets are achieved as per the monthly target set by Finance Manager.
Weekly collection meetings / review targets.
Provide regular and ad-hoc MIS reports to the reporting Manager.
