HR Manager - Oil & Gas - UAE
Position is UAE based
Looking for an experienced HR Manager to hands on manage and oversee all HR responsibilities and strategy for the business operations in the Middle East.
Desired Profile:
10+ years experience in HR within the oil & gas sectorAn all rounder in terms of the different HR functions (compensation & benefits, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management)3+ years experience in a HR Manager role with multiple country responsibilityMiddle East work experienceAbility to travel throughout the Middle EastDegree education in Human Resources Management, Business or similarCIPD or any other HR professional qualifications will be advantageous
