Assistant Accountant

1) One/ two years’ experience, minimum Bachelor Degree - Finance
2) Minimum 1-3 years’ experience
3) Languages; English ( Arabic is an advantage )
4) Supporting the senior accountant and wider finance team
5) Collaborating with these teams to work on various accounting projects
6) Performing reconciliations of accounts posting and balancing
7) Processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods
8) Verifying financial ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
9) To complete and maintain sales invoices and reports
10) Set up new suppliers/ debtors on accounting software
11) Reports on debtors and creditors as required
12) Prepare petty cash and other journal posting
13) Preparing the year end audit analysis
14) Taking minutes in meetings and other administrative duties
