Job Description for the Business Analyst- RAK UAE
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Requirements elicitation and communication
2. Requirements analysis and modeling
3. Requirements management (documentation, dependencies & prioritizing)
4. Requirements change management (Certification is preferred that includes most of above)
5. Create and design mockups / User Interface (UI).
6. Object Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object Oriented Design (OOD)
7. Hands on experience with requirement analysis tools.
8. Exposure to enterprise systems and enterprise architecture.
9. Coordinating with development team to trace requirements and ensure client satisfaction
10. Coordinating with quality assurance team to ensure requirements validity
11. Coordinating with project managers to set projects plans and define (priorities & risks)
12. Team work & deliverables reviewing (quality monitoring)
13. Perform analysis of business processes to produce overall definitions of work-flow and identify improvement opportunities to increase capabilities and/or productivity.
14. Work closely with designated departments to understand business needs, business requirements and enhance as as-is business processes and develop to be business processes as per Business Process management (BPM
Master Degree/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certification/ Microsoft Certification/ PMP Certification / BCS Certification), TOGAF will be added advantage

3. Complex modelling techniques
4. Technical/Business writing
5. Experience in Data Analytics is mandatory
6. Exposure to Agile Methodologies
