General Manager- Building Materials ( Marble/Terrazzo)- UAE

Position:” GM

Location: Fujairah, UAE

Exp: 12+ Yrs. of total exp with Experience 5 + YEARS, as GM or Head of the Operation within building material company in UAE

Salary: AED 20- 22K with Family Status ( Upto 2 Kids)

Reporting To: CEO

Reportees: Will Have 120 Employees (Staff + Worker) reporting

Benefits : Subject to Board approval/ performance

Main Responsibilities and Performance Metrics
• Obtains profit contribution by managing staff
• establishing and accomplishing business objectives such as Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management.
المهارات

Minimum 12+ Yrs. of total exp with Experience 5 + YEARS, as GM or Head of the Operation within building material company in UAE.

Experience within Marble/ Terrazzo Mandatory.

Excellent UAE market knowledge within similar industry.

Mandatory Language skills in English and Arabic.

Excellent experience in business development and sales of such products

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Good customer database

Self-motivated, fast learner and result oriented.

Graduate degree.

Hands-on experience in any ERP system.

UAE Driving License (Mandatory Requirement).

Proficiency MS office.

Have the knowledge of bidding and tendering procedures for projects.
