Vice President -Mall

الوصف الوظيفي
The mall will be one of the iconic destinations in Northern Emirates and is currently expanding .
The role will be based in Northern Emirates & report to the SVP Retail Group and will have the Mall Ops, Finance, Marketing, FM and Customer Service teams reporting to him/her.
The person will be responsible for:
• Reviewing of sales and footfall reports;
• Responsible for operational needs, planning, budgeting, and controlling Facilities Management;
• Working directly with Development team and achieve to open the mall with high occupancy;
• Monthly meeting with the third-party services provider for performance evaluation as per the agreed KPI’s.
• Controlling mall P&L;and responsible for preparing and managing the operating and capital expenditure budget;
• Complying with local authorities’ regulations;
• Leading the corporate initiatives on energy-saving to reduce the cost of utilities bills.
• Developing management monthly reports including but not limited to status of the building, maintenance, activities progress, utility cost, footfall, and sales; Review and approve tenants’ work permit request daily.
• Coordination with other business-related departments (Leasing, RDD, SL, Finance and Mall Media and Promotion);
• Assisting the design team during the shops’ fit out.;
• Managing and execute minor project (upgrade/ fit out works);
