MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Configure and optimize hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Automate system administration tasks.
• Operations Support
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
• Manages resources across the environment; monitors daily performance and performs health checks; reviews and processes end user provisioning and administration requests.
• Assist in the implementation and documentation of Datacenter Services Infrastructure.
• Identify capacity and performance issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Tests and evaluates systems to eliminate obstacles and make improvements.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Install, configure, maintain operating system and application software
• Maintain automation tools used to install and configure Datacenter Services infrastructure, including hardware, server operating systems, server management software, patch management etc.
• Security – Maintain Network and System security. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
• demonstrate a high level of technical expertise to support complex Storage & Backup devices, including SAN, NAS and Backup solutions across all tiers, under minimal supervision

المهارات
EXPERIENCE: 7-10 Years of Systems Administration experience in the following areas:
• Microsoft technologies including MS Dynamics CRM, Windows Server, MS SQL Server, MS Sharepoint, Etc..
• DNS, DHCP and Active Directory Sites and Services
• LAN, WAN, TCPIP, and client/server systems
• VMware platform
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in IT
