Established and award winning UK studio are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join their Northern Emirates practice and their talented and ambitious team to take the lead for all things BIM. Work on a fantastic range of projects both domestically and internationally from Architecture and Urban planning to regeneration and community planning. A great opportunity for an ambitious BIM lead who desires an eclectic portfolio to work on.
You will work with the director for BIM and design and help them achieve and grow their processes. Currently, they run Revit & AutoCAD projects and needs support with both. You will also experiment with their technology unit to grow their understanding of efficient design. Ideally, you will be both hands-on projects and oversee at the managerial level. They work on a fantastic range of projects and have bespoke ideas about their sectors. Ideally, you will be from an Architecture or technician background. The important bit is understanding Architecture and having the drive to push design.
The company portfolio consists of both domestic & international projects from Architecture, Masterplanning & Urban Design, Residential & Mixed Use, Regeneration and Community Planning
Software and Knowledge or Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks & all BIM related software highly beneficial. Direct experience of working and managing BIM level 2 UK projects, implementing all BIM procedures, protocols and standards across the practice.
