Within the Strategy, Projects & Controls division, the PMO function is to enable Nawah’s senior leadership in making informed project decisions, by defining and implementing a robust project and programs management framework; adequate controls; and accurate reports. The PMO will also enable the Project Management Capability of Nawah through assessments, trainings, coaching & mentoring.
The Project Control Analyst will ensure all projects in the governance are rigorously controlled against all parameters defined; and ensure all changes affecting governed projects are rigorously controlled, in line with the Projects & Programs Controls process and procedure.
1. Ensure all projects are controlled
- Ensure all projects within governance go through the Projects & Programs Controls processes at all time (from initiation to closure)
- Measure the variances to agreed baselines (cost & schedule) of their assigned projects
- Perform regular project documentation audit and quality checks (Project Initiation Documents; Project Execution Plans; Project Closure Reports)
- Support Project Managers in following the PMO Governance for their assigned projects
- Ensure all project documentation is stored in the relevant systems, and version controlled
2. Ensure all changes affecting projects are controlled
- Support Project Managers in raising Requests for Change (RFC) in line with the PMO Governance
- Perform RFC audit and quality checks prior to submission in the PCCB
- Participate in the Project Change Control Board that approves or reject changes on project attributes
- Ensure outcomes of agreed changes are implemented (versionning of project documentation, changes to the baselines in our systems, etc.)
المهارات
Qualifications:
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in General Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Project Management, or similar
Preferred: Master’s degree in General Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Project Management or similar
Professional Certifications:
Minimum: CAPM®
Preferred: PMP®
Experience:
Minimum:
2 years of Project Management experience
1 year of experience in Project Controls
Preferred:
2 years of Project Management experience
1 year of experience in Project Controls
1 year of experience in Nuclear
1 year of experience in UAE
