An Educational Institution representing UK Universities Online-Distance Learning programmes in the Middle East since 1993
Overall responsibility: Achieve recruitment targets by prospecting clients in the education industry across all our defined territories. Identify, research and develop new clients in the corporate market. All forms of communication to be used to generate leads and interface with all levels of management regarding the recruitment and marketing efforts undertaken.
Key areas of responsibility:
Generating recruits utilising:
• Incoming email requests • Database building • External telemarketing results • Other sources Administer the recruitment process through • Replying to direct emails • Replying to adverts’ responses • Personal networking • Follow up & direct marketing • Counselling applicants • Involvement in exhibitions & subsequent follow up • Reporting on marketing efforts and suggesting changes • Regular & structured reporting on recruitment efforts • Communication with the relevant universities
