To ensure the overall health of all the monitored systems are within the requirements by monitoring the system performance and ensuring it is within the acceptable criteria. To ensure the long term plant health of the units by implementing a system engineering approach to asset management.
Activity:
System Engineering
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Observe commissioning activities.

Review system turnover packages to plant operations from commissioning.

Ensure the development and management of system note books.

Establish system performance criteria and system monitoring plans.

Oversee the analysis operational experiences of equipment failure and abnormal operations.

Oversee the Revision and supervising system engineer’s system and component monitoring

Support the infrastructure (OMS) establishment for engineering works.

Control the configuration of system drawings, document and plant physical condition.

Review performance and commissioning test results.

Review corrective actions for NCRs.

Identify areas for improvement during construction phase and support system operations and maintenance including the support of design change and modifications (including temporary activity).

Prepare the comprehensive management of operational procedures.

Prepare and manage the document library (DDCC).

Prepare for the operation of design change control system.

Prepare for the operation of EWS & e-P&ID;system.

Support the establishment of FID and MR program.

Provide comprehensive management of the operational set points.

Prepare the establishment and manage of Single Point Vulnerability.

Provide oversight on contracts of operating plant design engineering service, EWS, e-P&ID;, Single Point Vulnerability.

Prepare for WANO pre-start up and operational peer reviews.

Manage System health and System performance.

Manage system team activity of system engineers.
