Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Design and implement training courses and plans & ensure 100% effectiveness in knowledge transfer end to end
2. Deliver in class training or manage Knowledge transfer through multiple or any medium (ILT / ELearning/ Simulations Etc.)
3. Decipher TNI appropriate to the section & deliver training in the most suitable methodology - the end to end lifecycle till ROI
4. Take responsibility of floor performance & BQT.
5. Support and follow up with operations on required training and performance improvement plans.
6. Assist in managing outsourced training team and guide them in implementation to meet their requirements.
7. OS training Governance of assigned section
8. Manage Product updates
9. Groom new resources in training team.
