READY MIX CONCRETE PLANT FOREMAN

1. To follow up on all sites allocated, to ensure the smooth and efficient supply of concrete to sites.
a. This will involve
i. Coordination with Customers if they are delaying on site
ii. Pre-delivery site inspections to establish suitability of access, roads and pump requirements
iii. Coordination with Dispatcher
iv. Checking Pumps Drivers performance
v. Checking Transit Mixer Drivers performance
vi. Co-ordination with other departments, particularly
2. To report daily to the management on all events witnessed on sites, through the daily report.
3. To ensure Pumps shift correctly and quickly between sites in the Daily Program
4. Collect all signed delivery notes from each site daily, to be submitted to the Branch Accountant’s office, and ensure any quantity issues are resolved by reporting them to the Production Manager daily.
5. Enhance the reputation of the company, through good and reliable conduct on sites.
6. To make joint measurements on site, either before or after casting, if required.
7. To frequently advise Dispatcher of Pour Progress and the final likely quantity requirements on sites
