• Collaborate with the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi, to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Recruitment and talent acquisition for healthcare roles.
• Employee onboarding, training, and development.
• Performance evaluation and management.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Healthcare professionals and facility licensing.
• Exit Interviews
• Employee relations
Requirement:
• Proven HR experience in the healthcare industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Health Professional and Facility Licensing (Department of Health, Abu Dhabi).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
