Laboratory Technician

We are Hiring for Laboratory Technician
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct microbiological analyses, chemical analyses, and sensory testing as required by the laboratory and operations schedules for all finished products, in-process processes, and incoming raw materials.
• Conduct all required tests on finished products for quality control approval in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Verify product is labeled correctly and in accordance to regulatory norms
Requirements:
• 6+ years of related experience in laboratory testing, preferably in the food industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a food or dairy technology or bio-chemistry
• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures (e.g. bacteria/shelf life testing of fresh and stressed samples, Titratable Acidity (TA) test, Allergen testing, y testing on milk products, EQA testing, shelf life sensory testing, etc.)
• Ability to perform Sterile Sampling of Tanks and Report results
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and recommend action plan to resolve issues
• Ability to maintain and manage laboratory equipment
