A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Manager position @ Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet Hotel Al Ain, UAE
The candidate would be expected to:
• Lead and manage all aspects of the operational departments
• Inculcate the service culture – in spirit and in service
• Groom and Nurture the team of HOD’s to work as a team
• Implement the Sales, Marketing & Revenue Strategy
• Identify & Optimize the Property Maintenance measures
• Deliver on all the Financial, Quality, Guests’ & Associates KPI’s
• Successfully maintain and manage the relationship with the Head Office & the Owner
Our preferred candidate:
• Would be in a similar responsibility at a hotel in the UAE or Oman
• Is on single status and able to stay on premises
