1. Analyzes interior design plan-sets and generate proposals while utilizing any applicable supplier discounts for various products.
2. Develops timely and accurate project cost estimates using industry practices and experiences
3. Prepares the Bill of Materials and the Bill of Quantities for each project approved
4. Prepares the project contract and the limitation of liabilities
5. Provides profit cost analysis on projects at hand and those of the forecasted projects
6. Submits the budget sheet of all concerned departments involved in every project
7. Prepares cost variation on the running projects.
8. Submits progress reports regularly, be it weekly or monthly depending on the demand from the superior.
9. Inputs the project breakdown structure information as a venue to accurately forecast the elements in time, resources, cash flow of the project.
10. Determines appropriate logistics solution in managing resources.
11. Ensures compliance to HSE in all executable activities designed and planned.
