Job Role: Monitor and Manage EM teams attached to the
project.

Job Brief:
• Monitor and Manage EM teams attached to the project.
• Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor progress of the project.
• Consistently deliver customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns.
• Act as the highest source of information for all EM services, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work.
• Find solutions for both employees and customers for their issues
• Preparation of necessary documents for tenders and then submission of those tenders
• Ensure team keeps safe and clean workspace at all
times.
• Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency.
• Ensure that team follows and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws.
• Help train new employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes.
• Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company.
• Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and contractual goals are being carried out.

• Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
• Assist with or perform administrative tasks.
• Develop working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, laws, and ensure service department adheres to all regulations.
• Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues.
• Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly.
• Oversees team members performing inspections; preparing reports;

المهارات
Desired Skills:
Ability to resolve complex problems and implement solutions
to problems.
Years of experience: 15 years’ total experience out of which
12 years’ experience in large acute care hospital of which 05
years’ experience in managing a multidiscipline
electromechanical maintenance services.
Education: University Graduate in Master or Bachelor of
Mechanical Engineering from recognized universities and
approved by Ministry of Education in U.A.E.
