Job Brief: Mechanical Engineer
• Responsible for carrying out complex maintenance and repair of all mechanical and air-conditioning and associated equipment included in the contract/project.
• Ensure that all maintenance procedures and works, either corrective or planned, are carried out in full accordance with the standards and codes in place for the project.
• Assign tasks to technicians, control and monitor work progress and technician performance on an ongoing basis.
• Arrange, plan and oversee the implementation of both corrective and planned maintenance.
• Liaise and co-operate fully with the electrical and other engineers to ensure timely and efficient completion of works.
• Monitor and control Company expenses while ensuring that enough stocks of frequently used spares are held in stores.
• Ensure that all administrative/paperwork systems and procedures are adhered to.
• Update the project/chief engineer on a regular basis.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
• Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
• Research and analyse customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or
applications.
• Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.

• Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of
engineering principles.
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
• ISO implementation of Quality Standards.
• Support all corporate HSE and ensure HSE compliance for whole company and all sites to include waste management support and control
• To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by ARH.

Desired Skills:
Need to be technically minded, able to demonstrate
numerical and scientific ability and have problem-solving
skills.
Years of experience: 07 years’ overall experience of which 03
years’ experience I healthcare facilities

Education: University Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
from recognized universities and approved by Ministry of
Education in U.A.E.
