JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for office work and handyman duties
Maintains records of all business activities such as contracts, licenses etc.
Involved in the facility department’s day to day activities

POSITION:  Facility Assistant
SALARY:  up to 3,500 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits as per UAE labor law

WORK LOCATION:  Al Ain, UAE
AVAILABILITY:  Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Full time/Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to Filipino
Male, 25 to 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Diploma holder or Highschool graduate
At least 2 years of experience in facility, operations department, or overall office work
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Ability to work with a team, assess and prioritize tasks
Knowledge in using computer
Has initiative and works in minimal supervision
Organized and keen attention to details
