QA Coordinator

الوصف الوظيفي
-Assist the QA & FS Manager in CRM handling and tracking
-Assist the QA& FS Supervisor in providing Q-pulse training and admin support as an when required.
-Updating the process flow charts for Food Safety system (HACCP/ CIP/ Sanitation program)
-Monitoring the Complaint Management system and report the NCR updates to QAFS manager and other concern departments
-Development of new HACCP plan & verification
-Updating and preparation of SOPs
-Conducting internal audits ( GMP, Process Audit , QMS)
-Coordinating with other functions for problem solving / RCA, CAPA
-Handling the Pest Control management for the site (handling the contractor)
-Conducting shop floor trainings
-Review of daily reports
-Monthly reports, presentations prepared and shared on time.
-Complaints follow up and tracking.
-Ensure that all QA/FS Activities are closely coordinated with the QA Manager

-Support QA inspectors on daily operations

المهارات
The candidate should have minimum 4 years experience in handling QAFS Management system (food industry). Strong knowledge of QMS / FSMS requirements and Risk Assessments.
