• Coordinate with Customers
• Preparing delivery schedules
• Invoice generation
• Handle customer complaint report
• Customer Sample Request
• Customer Feedback
• Order Receiving
• Live Customer Handling
• Cash & Cheque Collection
• Online Payment receiving
Qualifications & Skills: -
• Minimum 02 years of Experience in
Customer Service
• Min Education Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accountings or Administration Having the full command on MS Office.
