We are looking for Junior IT Technician Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Hardware and Device Support:
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues with PCs, laptops, printers, routers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including upgrades and replacements as necessary.
• provide technical support for several locations (UAE offices - Sites - Iraq office remotely)
Network Support:
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, AP, mesh networks, and firewalls to ensure network stability and security.
• Provide support for VOIP telephone systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and user training.
Documentation and Training:
• Maintain detailed records of hardware and software configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Manage IT warehouse.
• IT must have knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Certifications in IT support, networking, and Microsoft technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, and Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator).
• Proven experience in IT support, including hardware, network, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
