Hiring Telesales Coordinator
Location: Ajman, UAE
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in similar role (preferably from a manufacturing company).
Prefers immediate joiners and open to work/ commute to Ajman
Scope of the role:
• Excellent communication skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software (MS Office, ERP, CRM etc.)
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Ability to multitask.
• Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
