• Salary : AED 4800 + Incentives ( Visa will be given to the Candidates those who are out of the UAE )
• Language : Strong Command over English and Arabic is Must
• Education: Min Bachelor degree with Completion certificate.
• Min 1 Year in Technical Support , Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem , Track system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits ,Talk Customer through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
