Hiring Contact Center Agent – English speaker C1 and C2 - Proficient User
Job Description:
• Outbound calling
• Provide service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Prior experience working as a Contact Center Executive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Contact Center experience will be a plus (1-2 years)
• Own visa/dependent visa is preferred (short term project, extendable)
