We are looking for a Recruitment Officer based at Ajman (UAE). Candidate with 3-5 years of experience with recruitment agencies preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct the recruitment and selection activities in a manner to ensure that the most suitable candidate is selected for the right position in a time and cost effective manner.
• Manage ongoing relationships with, external recruitment agencies to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service within expected time frame and without compromising quality.
• Ensure that established recruitment process is followed in letter & spirit and is updated periodically to instill best recruitment practices within the organization.
• Prepare and extend Offer of Employment letter to all successful candidates based on the organizational standards and positions’ internal equity and inform employee joining timelines to all stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews and assessment tests and ensure that all candidates are being assessed and selected as per the standard, guidelines and organizational recruitment strategy.
• Design and conduct assessment tests, negotiate employment offers, perform background/antecedence verification, attend job fairs, and conduct employee orientation/introductions in a way that new employees are quickly integrated and informed about the organizational structure, culture, standards, policies and procedures.
• Support HR Manager in ensuring effective recruitment practices are in place that support overall organizational objectives while ensuring effective generation and monitoring of recruitment KPIs and report.
