Handle and screen incoming calls relating to real estate deals.
Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner.
Manage and monitor lease administration from both the sides of landlord and tenant.
Support real estate administrator in handling sales, leasing and rental activities.
Maintain and manage client database with details of deals, contracts and payments.
Ability to generate and follow up with leads
Have good negotiation skills
Ability to retain current tenants and deal with any complaints
Generate and manage lists of properties for rent;
Arranging viewing of properties to potential tenants;
Ability to achieve targets and work independently;
Dealing with tenant legal cases and follow ups specifically in Sharjah and Ajman

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-year experience in UAE’s Real Estate Market
Driving license is required
Self-motivated and career oriented to meet the given target, Attentive, well organized and passionate for Real estate
Candidate who can speak Arabic and English(Must)
Legal background is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
