Job Description
• Generating Sales orders upon Sales receipts from the Customers
• Maintaining Stock of regular moving items for premium customers.
• Closely monitoring the sales against forecasting on monthly basis and updating to same to Sales head for further action.
• Generating Quotation for new items as per the present market price of raw materials.
• Following with warehouse team for export orders and providing necessary documents required for consignments clearance like chamber of commerce, bill of lading, COO, original invoice, Packing List
• Following with the finance team for any issues related to customer payments as per terms assigned to customers.
• Preparing month-end Sales reports for senior managers.
• Managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Dealing with internal and external customers.
• Acting as a key contact for the companies’ clients
