We are seeking to hire a qualified Foreman with 4 to 5 years experience to join our team in our Fiber Glass Factory. Sound knowledge of construction processes. Ability to read drawings and blueprints. Excellent communication skills. Superior knowledge on Chemicals / Fibers / composition/ mixing / Moulds / preparation etc required.
1- Production Schedule Follow Up & Workforce Proper Allocating. (Work order preparation and coordination, Material allocation)
2- Efficient Coordination with QC to ensure full control ofquality and deliverability speed.
3- Finished Goods Dispatch & Loading Supervision.
4- Supervising Teams in alignment with allocated Moulds
5- Supervising Finishing Team in alignment with allocated quantities
6- Reporting
OTHER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Organizing a work schedule.
-Reporting on project progress.
-Solving disputes between workers.
-Ensure adequate staff and resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 to AED3,250.00 /month + Accomodation + Perks on prompt job completion.
Experience: Foreman Supervision: 4 years (Preferred)
