Urgent Requirement - Lab Technician / Lab Technologist at Thumbay Labs, UAE.

Designation: Lab Technician / Lab Technologist

Project & Duration: COVID 19 & 6 to 12 Months.

Number of Requirement: 20

Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Qualification: Candidate must have Diploma degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (D-MLT) or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.sc - MLT) or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (Master’s - MLT)

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect patient body fluid, tissue or blood samples using principles of sepsis.
• Independently perform the activities of other laboratory.
• Conduct chemical analysis of medical samples using an automatic analyzer or microscope.
• Maintain strict laboratory QC standards, including regular equipment function verification, equipment calibration and ongoing troubleshooting efforts.
• Respect strict adherence to patient confidentiality.
