Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus company car, annual air ticket and medical insurance

WORK LOCATION: Ajman, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to any ARABIC SPEAKING candidates
Female, below 45 years old
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction industry
Must have a good relation with Consultancies and Contracting company
Enthusiastic about sustainable customer development and must be sales driven
Extensive time management and networking skills
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Powerful leading skills and business orientation
Customer management skills and strong organizational skills
