الوصف الوظيفي Assist in creating and/or revising business processes which includes process flows/modeling, polices, procedural guides, RACI models, authority matrices & delegation of Authority, process related templates, forms and charts. Assist in reviewing and documenting of the “As Is” and “To Be” process steps for each function across all entities of Al Fakher. Assist in rolling-out End to end key business processes and improvement initiatives by meeting with stakeholders as well as reviewing and documenting business and functional requirements. Look into process best practices and tools for creating and managing existing activities with proper control, offers possible alternatives, and follow-up implementations of solutions. Recommend new policies and/or policy changes as needed to maintain clear expectations amongst stakeholders. Assist internal stakeholders/business process owners in maintaining the business processes up to date, optimized and automated whenever possible. Support in standardizing and streamlining of existing business processes wherever possible also ensure the accuracy and completeness of the process procedures documentation. Work with concerned stakeholders to facilitate the accessibility to the existing business processes in each entity and drive compliance and continuous improvement culture. Assist in arranging and facilitating business process workshops / meetings with internal & external stakeholders. Establish effective relationships and communication with process owners to facilitate process improvement efforts. المهارات Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or any other related field 2-3 years of experience in business process improvement, mapping, development or/and auditing or any similar experience. Experience in Internal Process Audit, process risk management & compliance. Formulating Process Policies and procedures Experience in business process mapping software Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard Experience in FMCG sector Technical writing skills Verbal & written English communication skills The ability to understand main activities in business process cycle, link it with departmental & company objectives and align it with other functional areas Analytical skills and attention to detail Knowledge Microsoft Visio or any other BPMN software تفاصيل الوظيفة |
