- Agents should be fluent in English and Arabic (either from International Contact Centre or ocal Banking/Insurance/Telecom inhouse collection teams)
- Average experience 1 years or more years
- Having experience in collection process is mandatory
- Can be from any domain like banking, telecom, insurance etc.
- Good communication skills is mandatory
