Hiring Projects and Proposal Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of technical proposals for Oil & Gas projects, including feasibility studies, engineering design, and project execution plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Ensure proposals are aligned with client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Carryout Vendor registration process with all major Oil & Gas Companies.
• Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Review technical documentation, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for business expansion and partnership development.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects and contracts.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability across all project activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards or non-compliance issues.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or related field). Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) is a plus.
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management and proposal development within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, processes, and practices related to Oil & Gas projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
