Minimum Competency requirements
• The Candidate shall have a Degree in Engineering and at least 15 years of Quality / HSE Management System Verification experience in the upstream Oil & Gas Industry.
• Must be a certified ISO 9001:2015 (for Quality) & ISO 45001: 2018 (For OH & S), ISO 14001:2015 (For EMS) Lead Verifier (IRCA approved course)
• Shall have technical experience and knowledge of upstream offshore and onshore production facilities, operations processes & associated equipment and capability to verification in Operations, Maintenance, Drilling and Projects
• Must have good analytical ability.
• Should be familiar with verification tools (Ishikawa diagrams, Pareto Charts etc.) and ISO 19011
