Position: Travel Ticketing Staff
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 to 4years of experience in the travel business
• Extensive knowledge of the travel industry, including flights, accommodations, tours, and visa requirements
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficiency in using travel software and reservation systems
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Responsibilities:
• Assisting clients with their travel needs, including flight and accommodation bookings, tour packages, and visa arrangements
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Researching and recommending travel destinations, attractions, and accommodations to clients
• Keeping up-to-date with current travel industry trends and products
• Handling any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives
