A government entity in Abu Dhabi is looking for Head of the Department of Rental Affairs Regulation.
• UAE Nationals
• At least 6 years in the same functional field
• Experience working in a Real Estate Industry
• Developing the rental system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
• Developing and monitoring real estate systems and models related to rental affairs in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
• Applying international best practices related to rental affairs.
• Developing and strengthening the database related to the rental system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred.
