Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant for our Workshop in Abu Dhabi.
JOB ROLE:
• Invoice booking
• Preparing purchase orders
• Preparing quarterly VAT return
• Petty cash handling
• Updating bank entries on a daily basis.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Preparing and analysis of supplier accounts and producing monthly reports
• Supporting the finance team lead with month-end closing
• Preparing the payment voucher
• Online bank management
• Assist with external & internal audits
• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions,
Additional Condition:
• Must be available in UAE
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given a preference
• Minimum Qualification – Bachelor of Commerce or Part qualification in CA / ACCA
• Strong knowledge of English is a MUST
• Knowledge of MS Office, and Excel and experience working on QuickBooks Software is MUST
