الوصف الوظيفي Minimum 5 Years as General Manager, Preferably UAE or Gulf Experience Monthly Salary AED 24,000 - 28,000 Job Location Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates Education Bachelor of Hotel Management (Hotel Management) Nationality Any Gender Any Candidate Profile The ideal candidate for this role would have previous work experience as a General Manager. The successful candidate will have proven experience leading hotel operations and demonstrated strong sales & marketing leadership, front office, some food & beverage flair and strong financial acumen. المهارات · Managing the ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded. · Leading, directing, and managing all aspects of hotel operations · Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategic Planning, and Leading service initiatives · Implementing and complying with all company policies and standards · Overseeing sales and marketing initiatives · Monitoring and developing team member performance, providing supervision and professional development · Identifying operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps and implementing measures to correct deficiencies. · Recruiting, interviewing team members. · Other duties as assigned by owners.
