Managing and supervising team members during their shift
Ensuring that all customers are provided with quality service and that all orders are accurately prepared and delivered in a timely manner
Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, including regularly cleaning equipment, surfaces, and floors
Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
Ensuring that all team members adhere to food safety protocols and that all food preparation and storage areas are kept clean and hygienic
Handling customer complaints and concerns and ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
Managing cash registers, handling cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently, and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded
Training and developing team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively
المهارات
Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
Should have worked with a leading international fast food outlet which would be an added advantage.
Minimum 1 to 2 years currently working as Shift Manager / Supervisor or Team Leader.
Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate a team is important in a fast-paced environment where effective communication and coordination are essential for success.
Customer service: Strong customer service skills are necessary to ensure that all customers have a positive experience and to handle complaints and concerns effectively.
